I have heard people joking about this over the last few years, well ever since Google announced their driverless cars, but now it seems like Apple are investing heavily in the automotive space and are looking at developing an electric car.
Apple announced this week that they have appointed one of their lead engineers, Steve Zadesky to head up the project titled "Project Titan", and have given him the go-ahead to assemble a team of 1,000 people to work on the project.
The only concern that I have is that if Apple can't develop a watch that they are happy to release, then how long will it take for them to put together a road worthy vehicle?
Watch this space!
